Payment & Cancellation Policy

• All rates indicated are NETT rates and include mandatory charges of 10% service charge and prevailing government taxes.
• Cancellation policy and blackout dates may apply.
• Far East Hospitality will not be able to exchange the discount for cash, other privileges or value-adds, nor will Far East Hospitality be able to transfer the discount to another guest.

Promotion Policy

• Guests are entitled to a voucher of SGD 100 NETT dinner credits per room per stay. The SGD 100 NETT dinner credit is to be utilised during the restaurant's dinner operating hours from 5.30pm to 10pm and is valid for use during stay period only. Additional add-ons will be paid upfront by the guests to the restaurant. The voucher is non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash and cannot be replaced if misplaced. Please present the voucher to the waiting staff at the time of seating.

• Each registered guest is entitled to 1 Singapore National Gallery All-Access Pass, to be utilised by 31 December 2024. Other terms & conditions of the pass apply.
• All participating properties reserve the right to amend the promotion without prior notice.
• Rooms and/or apartments are subject to availability.
• This promotion can only be redeemed on our website. It cannot be redeemed through other channels e.g., telephone, email, corporate bookers.
• This promotion cannot be applied for existing room reservations and cannot be combined with any other promotions.
• The value-adds, benefits or inclusions in this promotion are subject to availability.

Other Terms

• In the event of any inconsistency between the English and non-English language versions, the English language version shall prevail.
