  • Are pets allowed?

    Pets are allowed at our Serviced Residence levied at S$17 NETT per day or S$321 NETT per month after prevailing taxes.
  • Do I need to pay a deposit for the residence during my stay?

    A deposit is generally not required for stays less than three months at our Serviced Residences. If the stay is between three months and one year, we will be collecting a one-month deposit. If the stay is more than one year, we will be collecting a two-month deposit.

How to get there (from Changi Airport)

By Taxi

Board a taxi from a taxi stand at Terminal 1, 2, 3 or 4. It takes approximately 35 minutes to reach our residence. Please note that all taxis run by the meter and there is an additional surcharge for all trips from the airport.

By Bus

This route will take about 2 hours and 15 minutes. 

Board bus service 24 from the bus stop at Terminal 1 (bus stop code 95029), Terminal 2 (95129), Terminal 3 (95109) or Terminal 4 (95209).

Alight at Changi Road, before Siglap Plain (83079) to take bus service 30.

Alight at West Coast Road, Blk 726 Clementi West Market (17041).

Our residence is approximately 200 m away from the bus stop. 

Please prepare the exact fare as buses provide no change. Alternatively, buy a stored-value EZ-Link card for multiple rides on public transport from any Changi Recommends store in the airport. 

By Train (MRT)

Use Exit A to leave Clementi station and walk to Clementi Bus Interchange (17009) to take bus service 175.
